We take pleasure to inform you that Meridian Port Agencies has been successfully acquired by Monson Agencies Australia/Five V Capital, a deal which was completed on Nov 30th 2022.
With the new cooperation, the group will now cover S E Asia, Australia and also China. Monson is the leading dry bulk agents across Australia and China, and Meridian leads in Oil, Gas, Chemical markets and projects cargoes sector, we believe this complimentary synergy will put us as the leading agents in both wet and dry markets as well as project cargoes sector in Asia Pacific region.
The name Meridian Port Agencies will remain, I will continue to lead as the CEO of Meridian, and Donald will continue his role as MD of Meridian Singapore. All of our staff will continue in each of their functions and regions to serve all of your needs as per normal.
